The development consists of a mix of two, three and four bedroom houses and positively contributes to the 5 year supply of the housing market in the local area. The proposal recognises local distinctiveness in terms of the scale, massing, height and density and displays a good quality of varied, traditional materials.

Following the approval in March 2021, Ashby Design have undertaken and completed the technical drawing package for the entire development, and enables the client to progress the construction of the high quality homes. Completion is scheduled for Spring 2022.
